Mr. Ashok Minda is a veteran with an extensive experience of more than three decades
in the automotive component industry. His futuristic approach has ensured Spark
Minda’s growth as a pioneer in the automotive component sector with a nationwide
footprint and international recognition.
Under the futuristic vision and dynamic
leadership of Mr. Minda, the Group is rapidly expanding with a diversified product
portfolio and various companies in India and abroad. He has a successful track
record of partnering with leading global auto component companies of the US,
Germany, Japan and France. Mr. Minda has also been instrumental in initiating
greenfield projects in Indonesia, Vietnam, and various parts of India.

Sunil Goel is the Chief Executive Officer of Spark Minda’s Aftermarket Division, bringing over two decades of leadership experience within the Group. His journey spans a wide spectrum of strategic and cross-functional roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the evolving auto components industry.
An MBA from Symbiosis and a certified leadership professional from IIM-Kozhikode, Sunil is recognized for his strategic foresight, people-first leadership, and deep market understanding. He has led teams across domestic and international markets, building strong operational foundations and growth-focused strategies.
Currently, he is spearheading the aftermarket business with a strong focus on digital transformation, partner enablement, and sustainable expansion. Under his leadership, key initiatives like DIGISPARK and retailer loyalty programs are redefining the company’s engagement with its distribution network, driving transparency, connectivity, and value creation.
Outside of work, Sunil is passionate about travel, photography, and reading, pursuits that continuously inspire his leadership philosophy and global outlook.
