Minda Corporation Ltd.-Aftermarket Division successfully organized a Virtual Engagement Programme under its initiative “Sankalp Jeet Ka”- Expert Talk Series. The overall objective was to provide the requisite support to employees to help them tackle the emotional response during these testing times & spread awareness on Covid-19. The digital platform witnessed the benign presence of five distinguished speakers from various domains who graced the event by their esteemed presence. They presented deep insights about VUCA world, how the entire world is changing due to COVID-19 and most importantly, overcoming the challenges posed with a positive mindset.
